GGPB Refund Policy

 

Garden Grove Pony Baseball’s Refund Policy
 
Players withdrawing from league play shall receive refunds as follows:
 
1.            If a player withdraws prior to the ordering of uniforms,  the refund shall be in full (less processing fees). Once uniforms have been ordered there will be a $100.00 deduction for the uniform that you get to keep. (Excludes Allstar Uniform)
 
2.             No Refunds will be given after the first league- scheduled game.  NO EXCEPTIONS ! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS IN ALLSTARS AFTER REGISTRATION. ALLSTAR UNIFORMS ARE PROPERTY OF GARDEN GROVE PONY.
 
3.            No refunds will be issued until GGPB verifies all information received.  Under no circumstance will there be refunds issued outside this policy.
 
4.              A parent must request a refund by completing the  “Registration Refund Request” form.
 
5.            All requests for a refund must be submitted to Player Agent, Garden Grove Pony Baseball, PO Box 308, Garden Grove, CA 92842.  Or email form to ggponybaseball@gmail.com.
